31st Turkish Cardiology Congress with International Participation
Turkish Society of Cardiology that was founded in 1963 held the 30th Turkish Cardiology Congress with International Participation on October 23-26, 2014 with its experience of more than half a century.
We cordially invite you for sponsoring your doctors to participate in the 31st Turkish Cardiology Congress with International Participation to be held on October 22 – 25, 2015, again in Antalya, a metropolis for more than 5000 years. The members of our 31 years old Arrhythmia Working Group, 30 years old Cardiac Imaging Working Group and the 27 years old TSC-Interventional Association will be happy to exchange their experience with your doctors. We are sure that the facts and figures of our 30th Congress would be convincing by themselves.
The scientific program was presented in 10 parallel halls with a wide spectrum in multi-level approach providing subjects of interest in all fields for all cardiologists, trainees and specialists from other fields participating in our Congress. All the sessions held in the major 3 halls were presented either in English or with simultaneous translation into English.
The participants approaching to 3000 indeed turned the 30th Congress into one of the prominent meetings at international level in terms of high quality scientific content and number of attendees, as described by our international participants. Our Congress was again accredited by EBAC and Turkish Medical Association.
This year, an increasing number of colleagues from the other continents and countries were with us at the 30th Congress besides colleagues from the member national cardiac societies of the European Society of Cardiology. Apart from the international faculty of celebrated authors in all aspects of the Cardiovascular Medicine, we hosted a significant number of audience from Albania, Azerbaijan, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Egypt, Ethiopia, Iran, Kazakhstan, Kirghizstan, Kosovo, Macedonia, The Netherlands, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan.
60 scientific sessions programmed in the forms of “Symposia”, “Pro-Con Debates” and ”How-to Sessions” allowed us to update and discuss our recent knowledge on diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases. The 13 Visual Interactive Certification Courses in Turkish and an international certification course on Advanced 3D Echocardiography improved clinical skills of our young cardiologists and they were totally booked three weeks before the Congress.
