81st European Atherosclerosis Society Congress

It is our pleasure to invite you to the 81st Congress of the European Atherosclerosis Society in Lyon, France, from June 2-5, 2013.The Congress is hosted by the New French Society for Atherosclerosis. The local Organizing Committee and the EAS Scientific Program Committee, have worked together to prepare a programme that will include the very latest developments in the field of atherosclerosis, combined with timely reviews presented by outstanding plenary speakers.The EAS Congress remains a unique opportunity to bring together the various actors in the field of atherosclerosis. The EAS 2013 programme will be of interest both to junior and established basic scientists and to clinical researchers and practitioners. The meeting is structured to promote interactions between these different groups and will provide cutting-edge basic research translatable into disease prevention and treatment. More than 800 posters are expected and will be organized for interesting and interactive poster sessions.The Congress will be held in Lyonʼs attractive and modern Convention Center, designed by Renzo Piano.
